@@Heytrix Someone on discord told me it doesn't work togather. Had an idea with sweep/ flame shock/ fire blast rotation to proc chaos bolts and go full fire scaling but guess not if it doesn't work like that 😅 Maybe just lava sweep and sunder soul. You have any new ideas how to proc maelstroms?

Honestly I love the effort put into making these guides with the current Wildcard system and its higher than normal RNG. Honestly I hope to see more guides because these are just great.

Not yet, but its prob very strong to scale pure SP for all the legendary proc effects u can get

Forgot to add it for basic caster, woops But anything caster related, can mix and max depending on cards. Would prob go for stance+chaos burn+chaos meteor myself Dmg spells: - chaos meteor - chaos burn - conflag(viable option to try) Cooldowns: - arcane power - power infusion Stance: - molten mind - twisted mind - nimble mind - moonkin form Other small dps inc(not that good) - flametongue - innerfire Utility:(on own prefs or for pvp) - feign death - blink / demonic leap Gonna add this list somewhere later for others ^^

Been playing around with shadow and fire builds for melee corrupted maelstrom weapon. just looking for rolls as i level to be a few different things found that hateful strike is a perfect filler and with blood surge you can double felblade!

2 weeks into season 9 and I'm exhausted of the rng. I have quite afew builds I can make with the cards which are performing really well. BUT I don't want to play those builds I want to play certain builds I like but it's impossible. I've taken a break I just can't deal with the RNG breaking every build I want to play.

It's even more disheartening when you see someone actively pressing 1 button and doing 60k sustained aoe due to getting lucky and having essentially all of the random ass on hit procs, while you're there barely breaking 4-5k.

Pure chaos bolt would be good because it scales better + also so you can cast x2 chaos bolts in a row right?

yes! specially if you go for the "basic caster" you could go maybe chaos bolt -> chaos bolt -> fire Ball repeat Fire Ball could be anything I forgot to meantion, but there also something called Chaos Burn, that should work aswell

Got a sick build now with chaos bolt melee hybrid, doing around 11-12k aoe on dummys and 5k+ on ST, best build I played so far on s9! Got 5/5mental quickness so in running Agi main stat. Haven't gotten any good gear yet

actualy im right now using chaos bolt build but im using chaosbolt+pure chaos bolt + chaos burn and the capstone in emberstone and also jadefire afliction and controlled burn this way your rotation is immolate corruption and then jsut repeatably chaos bolt variant and incinerate this way your every second cast is chaos bolt vvariant that triger the wild felfire with dots being always refreshed and IGNITE is GOAT

@@Heytrix it is crazy easy 5-6k right now single target with 1100 spell power and item lvl 62,3 no luck at getting the more complementary talents so prestiging again XD and ignite is doing like 25-30% of the dps based on the crit rate

conflag is the way to go. it is incredibly strong. 1 guy doing 50% of the damage to raid bosses when the other 50% is 9 other people with decent builds is stronger than strong. no doubt there will be nerfs to conflag at some point. and that fire cat shit, is insane for aoe manastorm/mythic+.
