This actually very helpful for starters but keep in mind rng choose what you become exmaple i wanted fire build but i ended up as a hunter cuz i only got hunter talents and skills :D

Oh yes! Tried to focus on casters, because sadly you 100% right! But if a new player start as caster, even tho he rolls hunter BiS stuff. Its not certain he wanna go hunter, i assume :D

The sad thing is that the best lvl 1 starter for melee is most likly sinister strike+heroic strike and see what u get.. :P Unless u have skill+talent cards, then its a whole other thing That said, a video of what old legendaries and what melee skills branch into them! Could maybe be intresting to look into

Im really struggling with getting idea for builds to try out and since the season is so fresh there isnt much content or things too look at for inspiration. Your videos really help, look forward to more! If you could do a video about melee or ranged build ideas for solo manastorm that would be awesome. Currently ive only built a holy healer and tree of life healer all my other builds are meh and im terrible at manastorm lol

​@@Heytrixfor pvp melee: roll at level 1: charge, hamstring, crusader or sinister strike, heroic strike or pet ( spider or zombie for spider web or infected wound) Card: divine storm, hammer of justice, intimidating shout/ hellscream /psychic scream, kick/ shear/ blind or blood elf arcane torrent since its outside the mcd Talent card: one with the light Weapon style: 2hand with the slowest swing timer you can get (the pacifier is 4.0) slap a crusader enchant on it, worldforged enchants like fighters or primal crusaders strike, open the bg bags for strength gear Charge in and apply hamstring, hit crusade strike and divine storm, wait for them to blink and use hammer of justice, wait for them to heal and use arcane torrent. Wait for crusader to proc and then giggle a little bit. One with the light and how to swing it by uther the lightbringer

Single target spell, mana regen, and an AoE spell. Get talents that work with those and if those talents also list other abilities, get those abilities.

Nice Video! So I am currently trying Earthpulse Agony and it's really hard to trigger. I am lvl 52 right now and have 22% spellcrit. I have no problem stacking up the Raw Power stacks from Lightning Mastery, but the Mastery itself won't trigger that often while constantly spamming LB/CL on 15 Stacks. I don't think the increasing chance applies as the tooltip describes. When I have the Earthpulse Agony on the dummy it's really not worth it, currently 5% of my total damage after burning through my mana for about a minute. Have you made any experiences yet? EDIT: Noticed myself, the talent says that Critical Strikes from LB/CL have the chance to trigger Lightning Mastery. The buff tooltip just speaks of "hits".

When its so focused around crit, i would try save it for lvl60. And focus more on Lightning Bolt until. And when u get more crit from gear and talents in 60(its not hard to get to 50%+ ish, and you get ALOT from rerolls since there many spell crit talents) And then try to evaluate it again, when you have more consistency Hope that helped

Yes it helps a little. I am 60 now and it does scale incredibly with crit. I have also gotten the Talent that triggers Solar eclipse on Earth Shock, so after the 15 second CD on Solar Eclipse i can immediately switch back to it, just using Lunar for stacking up Raw Power (Lightning Mastery) through Starfire crits. I am still working on the rotation and the quirks of my talents. If you are interested I keep you posted.@@Heytrix EDIT: The thing is, why would I use my Solar Eclipse in order to use less powerful Lightning Bolts (1k noncrit @950 sp), when Wrath basically does double the damage (2k noncrit)?

Hello. Thx for your good work on this Video. I´m very new on Ascension and i´m a litle bit confused all about this Abilitys, Talents and that much more. I´m playing with my son as an Duo and i focused on heal and casts and my son takes the tanky part and melee. Is there any Beginner Guide for Season 9? Cause for now i struggle with all these Options and Synergies. Btw...is it possible that english is not your nature Language? Thought you could be German? Dann wäre ein deutsches Video für die deutschsprachigen Fans super. Abo und like anyway..:)
