@Kemm Miarvil I think he's also the same guy who voices Okita as well. He seems like he knows what he's doing, but they probably gave him horrible direction. EDIT: I just came back to this video and lowkey idk why I thought Hyoma and Okita shared a VA, they sound nothing alike

I think this is overall my favorite one of these. There's a spot of nearly good voice acting with Okita Souji, Gaizan is hilarious, and Hyoma gets to do his speciality, the Sarcastic Teenager.

Any scene with Gaizan's VA is absolutely golden. He voices Zard and Laru as well, I believe.

I was really unhappy and disgusted with all these dubs UNTIL GAIZAN appeared. What is he! That VA did EVERYTHING right. He certainly did not take the character seriously which fits because everything is bad.

To me, it actually sounds like she's saying it correctly but very fast, I can clearly hear "Itsukushima" ("tu" in japanese is pronunced "tsu")

If you like SRPG's and don't mind grinding then I would say it is average to semi-good. It has some problems like if you are a rabid completionist you will require a guide in order to get all the characters. But all in all it is not bad but hardly exemplary.
