I miss seeing that "cuban missile on the launch pad" pop up. there were a lot of electrifying moments with the Reds from 2010 - 2015 but damn, nothing beats chapman
@ralphus447 жыл бұрын
I miss Chapman. What a shame that the Reds just decided to not pay anything to keep their stars here (aka "rebuilding"). He made it worth it to watch Reds games, in the hope that he could be brought in if the game was close. When his career is over, he could be thought of as one of the all-time greats.
@njackson68077 жыл бұрын
ralphus44 HoF maybe? I mean, he does hold the World Record for fastest pitch.
@ralphus447 жыл бұрын
You don't go to the HoF for throwing hard; there have been a lot of fast pitchers over the years; with today's technology we know he holds the modern record for sure. But if he keeps up this level of domination or close to it through the rest of his career, he is certainly on his way.

he wouldn't last past the 3rd, his arm strength would weaken. Look at Verlander. He threw 102 when he needed to late in the game, but only because the first 1/3 he'd top out at about 96.
