What causes change in distribution profile when one has larger particles and their mean is different example the range for one is 1 to 9 and the other 0 to 5.5 and their mean are different

what do I do if there is no corresponding value for D10? how do I calculate the coefficient of uniformity in this case

What information we can conclude from calculating the coefficient of gradation?

Cc is the curvature of the PSD curve and is used to determine if soil is well-graded (1

do we always just 'guess' the values of D10, D30, & D60 based from the PSD graph? is it possible to calculate for the exact values of D10, D30, & D60?

The easiest way is to read those values directly from the graph. Alternatively, you could use interpolation of adjacent data points to get the value.

Are there any other parameters we can calculate? when do we work with mm and when do we work with φ?
@uSeeGeo

Not much except different D# values. Particle sizes are typically given in mm.
