Rules:
1. I not allowed to have any unit that is paired up land an attack at all, though I can pair up for other reasons such as AI manipulation, Shelter, or movement options.
2. All units must get married. This is to avoid the run from turning into a complete Ryoma sweep.
3. I am allowed infinite resources and an early chef's hat.
4. DLC, grind maps, and online battles are banned
5. As a personal challenge, I am going to try and avoid strats that abuse too much chokepoint stalling to make some maps, like chapter 7, just a little bit more interesting.

I do kinda like this map because it feels a bit like conquest. Other than that, i just wish the enemy level curve was a bit higher, even if it meant to make the map more difficult

Gotta say, you really changed my mind on vantage mages with this Rhajat. I never tried it because my mages could never kill in one hit (or with a dual strike) so they would always end up dying, but on my recent Conquest run I thought “fuck it” and invested a shit ton into Izana. Married him to Corrin with a cavalier talent to get him luna and then got him vantage and life and death and he became a menace, especially after getting tomefaire as well. It became entertaining to just throw him in a pool of enemies and have him one-shot everything in sight. It became especially hilarious because he crits and procced skills a lot and his crit lines are completely unhinged💀 All this to say, invest in Izana y’all it’s worth it. He did better than my Elise!Ophelia with the same skills bar luna and tomefaire but with a higher magic cap.

I didn't notice, but now that you mention it, even with having a huge late game paralogue chain, yeah you still aren't all at level 15 promoted. I guess apart of this is that you are using most of your units in some way to get their friendships or romances but Birthright's EXP does feel low. I wonder if that's another reason why people graviate to just Ryoma soloing the late game. Another edit but I know it's something that Fire Emblem does often, but it's still weird that Hans just has a random shuriken and they just take that but leave the Brave Axe like... is it cursed or something just take the damn thing,

I beat this map on hard a few days ago. It felt impossible at first, but got way more managable when I struck the balance between playing less defensively and not overextending.

Dang, I forgot how short this map is (in turns). A lot of the enemies are dead by like turn 4 before the wyverns all start spawning.
