Ye aapki book ka chapter no. 2 page no. 27 pr Self regulation vale part m apko mil jaega. Well, 'Gratification' ka mtlb satisfaction ya fr 'Fulfilment'. So delay' in gratification ka mtlb hua k jo kam kr ke hme abhi satisfaction mil skti h use abhi na krna, delay* krna. For example abhi u can eat a chocolate and offcourse u will enjoy that but ap use abhi na kha kr kuch productive kam pura krne k baad hi khao, then that will be delay in gratification. Apne us satisfaction ko delay* kr dia. And this is needed* in self control. And then apke question m h techniques of self control. Mtlb k kya kya kr k self Control ko bdaya ja skta h. Techniques apki book m 3 di gai h : - observation of own behaviour. (Kya glt h kya shi h khud observe krna fr thik krna) -self instruction (khud ko instructions dena ke nhi ye nhi krna) - self reinforcement ( jese k khud k kehna k abhi ek hi khani thi chocolate to ab kam pura krne k baad I'll eat 2 😁 ) That's it. Baki chapter 2 ki video dekh lo ye part clear ho jae ga.
