I had a theory that there existed a Nation that governed the entire world in a fair and just way. But due to jealousy and greed another nation destroyed it and made a throne to which a single ruler sat and ruled the world. The Strawhats Luffy wears is the only thing left of that society. And Roger is the last known decendent. I think laugh tale is that nation that once ruled the world as a collective before the void century.

I think Luffy wont laugh like Roger when he find the One Piece. I dont think theres an actual joke or a comical reason for Rogers laughter. I think its more Irony than anything else. Roger has invested a good part of his life and the One Piece is the key to something amazing, yet he doesnt get to see the end product because he was too early. Luffy however will be there at the right time, thus turning the Ironic/comical moment into a dramatic one. I know this channel is not a big one when it comes to theorizing, but I simply dont think theres a joke thats good enough to be pay off for 20+ years of hype.

Every person that eats a devil fruit in one piece has different laugh like yohoho, shulolo, zehaha, mamama, gurara, kishishi, hiyahiyahiya, but not normal person that didnt eat devil fruit, they just laugh normally with hahaha. Jinbei? haha, Sanji? haha too, etc (you can check them yourself). Another connection is with Smile devil fruit, why is the side effect of replicating/duplicating/creating a devil fruit is laughing? What if the different laughing styles aren't mere accessories to the story, but hold a strong connection to it?

The weirdest mistake in the scans I read was about Buggy's fever...they made it seem like Buggy faked his illness Usopp-style to avoid going to Laugh Tale, when in the official release there was nothing comparable. Quite the opposite even, it seemed like Buggy desperately wanted to go. Just a thought, but maybe you could talk about mistakes like this in the future here on GrandLineReview? Going forward I'm definitely going to stick with the official release and I'm recommending it to everyone else exactly because of stuff like this.

actually after Water 7 they also visited Ruskaina (Luffy's training Island) which should be in the calm belt. Meaning they left the grand line through the calm belt, ended up in East Blue (Tequila Wolf) and then found their way back into the Grand Line to arrive at Sabaody. Not even the calm belt seems to be able to stop this crew

I think them going from water 7 to East Blue makes a lot of sense when you think about the fact that they won't have to worry about log poses in the Blues and can sail with regular compass to shabody. Since the Roger Pirates are so strong, they can sail the calm belt and back without any issue.

I loved everything you mentioned and likewise because I too have a fond connection to Water 7 seeing Tom again made me super happy. The other thing that surprised me and made me super happy despite how minor of a point it was. I loved the crew singing Bink's Sake it finally completed a circle on a talk that Luffy and Brook had all the way back in Thriller Bark. If I remember right Luffy mentioned he had learned it from Shanks and Brook said he used to sing it all the time. This whole time I had been wondering if we would ever see Roger sing it with Shanks to teach him. It's a weirdly profound moment of a legacy being passed down through many generations. It was such a throwaway line that I never thought we'd actually see followed up on and it's one of the reasons I love Oda so much despite my misgivings with One Piece from time to time.

What if the last poneglyph is either in Elbaph or it WAS in Elbaph and now it's in Shanks' possession? Maybe it will be the last barrier for Luffy before going to Laugh Tale, Shanks himself. Maybe that's where Luffy proves himself a great pirate, by fighting him (probably in Elbaph), thus returning the hat and earning the right to become the Pirate King. In this scenario, I don't know when or where Luffy would fight Blackbeard, though, that's the only upside to this theory. Maybe he discovers that Luffy is only one rubbing away from having them all and waits for him to do all the dirty work in his stead, swooping in after the fight, to steal them, I don't know. It's in character with Teach to do something so cunning.

Tequila Wolf is a bridge that's been in production for centuries. For all we know, it can very well stretch to the Grand Line and the portion that was currently being built is in the East Blue. Only thing narratively they'd have to explain is how it bridges the Red Line

There's one thing that doesn't quite fit in with the Buggy's and Shanks' argument though. In the original flashback from Orange Town we saw that this happened shortly before Buggy ate his devil fruit. But then there's Chapter 0 in which Shanks makes a comment about Buggy not being able to be hurt by cuts and such. The problem is that as far as I know that scene (Battle of Edd War) from Chapter 0 is supposed to take place before Roger's voyage with Oden. Could be just a mistake? Or they had the same argument multiple times?

I really do think that the last Road Ponygliph will be on the island that Whitebeard was buried on or at least in the possession of Marco and the remaining WB Pirates. They were only casually mentioned and we only saw Weevil once in the entire series so he HAS to come back at some point and it would make sense with the connection to WB that he would be involved when the SH pirates finally meet again with the WB crew. They recognize that Luffy would be the one that Ace would want the information to go to and after fighting off Weevil they may even decide to join the Straw Hat Grand Fleet if they don't choose to stay independent

The two ponyglyph on the fisherman island were just the regular ones one saying about the weapon of Poseidon and other an apology from joiboy there was no road ponyglyph on the fisherman island the reason it was never showed can be becoz Neptune hid it since he now knew that her daughter is the Poseidon weapon and world government or the pirates may try to get her when they find out after reading it and i agree to the part that shanks maybe hiding the last ponyglyph after he became the emperor but it was not on fisherman island...

Yeah so I didn't know that the last road poneglyph was shown in Fishman Island until I saw this clip. I thought they were both white I couldn't tell one was slightly shaded. Also the anime helped to. Ep 967 just came out.
