the map looks amazing, and the behemoth seems to be really troublesome in a good way, imagine how it feels to be holding down a point in a house and you look out a window to see that thing coming towards you. and your squad. Normally you might be like zeppelin overhead, or watch out for mortars from the train and dreadnought but now the behemoth will physically be upon you, this is gonna be lit......

The weird looking camera wipe thing when you get into the tank, basically it's a slotted dome over the gunner's head that spun very fast so it didn't look like slots, it looked like a clear view but it was still protected from stuff

mike twohy I have no clue mate. Watching the vid was the first time I've seen them on a tank! DICE would've done their homework with the design aspects of the tanks they use in-game. Pretty ingenious design back then! ... until the spinning motor gets damaged.

What I like about this behemoth is that you actually can and have to move around the map. With the train you're on tracks and with the airship you are so big you dont really have to move in most maps (same with the dreaghdnaught). So it's very fun to see a huge tank that can move around the whole map.

I have no idea why they added the Char 2C. It didn't even serve in WW1. It wasn't developed until the 20's. DICE really flopped.

DavidMN the hellriegel was a prototype gun that only had one produced and never fired. Ther wher only 9 units of the heavy tank and they could get stuck in 5 cm mud. The game is not historically accurate.

The common misconception I always see with tanking is thinking you can solo stuff. Stick with the main force and support them. They'll keep the storm troops off you and you can give them the fire power to breakthrough. Great video. Doin the tactic this way with the Char2c and your team will roll them

That thing on top of the two turrets isn't ventilation, it's called a Cupola. I love how when you enter the drivers seat you see these vertical lines which then start spinning and then disappear, cause that's what this thing does. The Cupola is the eye slits for the tank and the French liked to make them big and put a screen in front and then spin it around so incoming bullets bounced off. Other countries used simple slits and others used periscope like things. The Americans used a series of horizontal slits which was perfect for shielding but shit for visibility. The French had to switch to this as the spinning screen got to weak for newer guns.

As far as I know char 2C tanks got maks from 90 to 99 during the mobilization in 1939. Char 2C with number 92 ( which is in the game) was called "Picardie" as one of the france region.

Time for a little history: did you know the triangular roof like thing on top would have a metal mesh on it so as to deflect grenades from getting stuck on top that were thrown at it. The MK IV's in C company had this too and its the only known case of this being used.

Does the map go to night mode or does lots of clouds block out some of the sun? Cause the map seems to go dark even when its not raining
