Hey guys at charbroil I love my oil less fryer. I also think an interchangeable insert system would be great. Like a sealed chamber for seafood boils or the option to use it as a deep fryer w oil. Just a thought, I've jimmy rigged this fryer and it does a lot be can still do more.

Is something wrong with mine? It takes 8 hours to cook an eight pound butt roast.. the roast is cooked perfectly delicious, but dang,, such a long time!

I didn't like it. On the turkey injection spots, it came out gooey. The skin wasn't crispy as a regular deep fryer. It was cooked almost 3 hours for a 13 lb turkey. I went ahead and returned it for a deep fryer.

Good cooker - poor video. You do have to wash the rack, pan and drip pan. It is easy but not without some cleanup. I wish the video showed from beginning to end along with suggestions for preparation of the chicken.
