Thank you for the video. I like this one better than the Rhea. I like the added area in lieu of the third garage. Can you drive around that area going up into it. You did such a good job. Just with these homes not sure the walkway upstairs is practical. Thanks again.

I totally agree. I like the Chara better than the Rhea myself. Although I really do like the Rhea as well. You could design your front yard with a driveway that allows you to park your car right in front of the unit. You’re right. The catwalk is not practical. But it looks so cool!
