Of course I’m a single story home girl, but I do like the homes you show. The kitchen in this home is beautiful. I like the darker cabinets as opposed to the typical white cabinets. I wouldn’t want the glass insert pantry/closets however, because what if I didn’t organize them & I also don’t want my goods/food exposed.

Hey Marcus, Toll Brothers are the best when it comes to staging. I think at this point they can take a shack and make it look luxurious. I love the colour scheme used throughout like the blues, black, white, hints of gold and brass plus stainless steel. The house looks light and airy even with the dark tones throughout. Good job as usual on showcasing the property. I’m just curious after you have toured so many homes which one would you choose to raise your family in? It would be nice if someday one of the homes that you showcase ends up being yours..😅 That’s my prayer for you. Keep up the good work.

Spectacular home, but I’m not a fan of the closets being in such close proximity to the bathrooms. When the closets are actually filled with clothing and the air circulation is impeded by the clothing, I can see a real mold issue.

Giving this a 10 is way to generous...with almost 6k ft. the primary bedroom is to small and the closet is to skinny "for the sq ft" and the primary seems to chopped up and the bathroom is to small. And the great room was compact, the size was more for a 2700 sq ft. home...it didn't fit. the secondary bedrooms had more of the "AH FACTOR" than the primary. still a good house but basic. 6 out of 10
