you can convert accessories to clothing or hair; for clothing, select the accessory and go to the Modify panel and choose Transfer Skin weights; for hair, select the accessory, go to the modify panel, and choose Create Hair, Brows, Beard

You really need toslow this video down Micheal, you've got some great tutorials, but this one not very helpful at certain points..for example..in the beginningat frame 0:03 its not clear how you got the ears shaped
