Well that depends on whether are you buying primary or secondary property. There are more perks if you're buying subsales in terms of stamp duty.

Well, it depends on which one you buy. There are so many counters to buy stocks from, do you then still invest? So many types of crypto, would you still invest? But ultimately, I still prefer real estate investment because it's slow and it's still a need for humans. We will always need a place to stay. It will always go back to our own research and knowledge and that will be the difference. Great question Jaspal!!
