15:55 But ma'am as according to ncert book y axis represents density or pressure. Mam ,please clear my doubt that whether it represents displacement of particles or pressure and density.?

Hello Niyati, Thank you for your comment! Longitudinal waves are when the particles of the medium vibrate parallel to the direction of the wave propagation. Transverse waves are when the particles of the medium vibrate perpendicular to the direction of the wave propagation. I hope this helps you with your exam! All the best!
