Edit: Also, we could potentially go with Influenced/Pure Evil with Kollector, given that the Naknadans were pretty much worthless. He works for Shao, but his interactions and story cutscenes have him evil without influence.

Raiden in MK11 is broken, as stated by Geras in MK1, Raiden was overwhelmed with stress of protecting and failing earthrealm, so set off to destroy the other realms who threatened it...and all the people in them, good or bad

I'd say Raiden is good/broken ,, he's been protecting earthrealm for millennia ,, has suffered and watched his champions get brutally killed while he could do nothing but watching it all happen and then he lost Liu Kang and Kung Lao who were like sons to him (according to himself) and that turned him into a mad God
