It's in one of the most out-of-the-way parts in The Underdark. There's really no reason to even seek it out, and it's hidden behind instant-death chasms lined with explosives. But if you get in there, you can sacrifice one of your party members (for real), just to get a weak bonus enchantment. So much work for something most people wouldn't even find, let alone actually use.
