Thank you for your uploads. I’ve watched almost all of them and they’re all good. I cannot believe when I first started grilling I would soak the charcoal with lighter fluid and even spray more on while it was burning like an idiot, now I know better! (have patience) the best charcoal I’ve come across is B&B lump. It’s fantastic. Of course I use Kingsford briquettes all the time too. I was using newspapers to light my chimney starter, but it was smoking the neighborhood out pretty bad so now I switched to tumbleweeds. I just hate they’re made in China. That sucks.

A lot of people say Fogo is good charcoal. I’m going to pick some up whenever I’m in an area that sells it.

Haven't seen tumbleweeds around. I use the exact same setup to grill with except I use a handful of paper towels soaked in vegetable oil to start the fire.

Great video. I like to throw in a few Mesquite barbecue pellets to add a nice flavor to the meat.

@2:24 Know what I have been using for many years now? Shedded up junk mail. It gets delivered to me totally free, and it's rewarding to see that rubbish go up in smoke towards a good purpose. ;)
