Chard Wrap Ingredients
2 bundles of biceps (1 kilo)
200 grams ground beef
2 large onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tea glass of olive oil or vegetable oil (125 ml.)
1 teaspoon (16 grams) of sumac
1 teaspoon (6 grams) of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of salt (16 grams)
1 teaspoon (6 grams) of black pepper
1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup (or juice of half a lemon)
1.5 cups of rice (270 grams)
Note: The biceps will only sit in hot water for 10 or 15 seconds!
When the wraps are placed in the pot ⬇️
1 large onion (to put in the bottom of the pot)
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup or (lemon juice)
For the sauce ( Sauce is optional. You can only cook it by sprinkling 2 glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some salt. Because not everyone likes sauce.)
3 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
2 glasses of water (400 ml.)
Note: It is cooked for 5 minutes on high heat and 25 minutes on low heat. Then the plate on it is removed. It is tasted. If it is cooked, it is rested for about 1 hour. If it is not cooked, a time of 5 minutes is added.

NOTE: You can fry the chard stalks with onions and pour garlic yogurt on it when it is warm.
Or you can crack 2 eggs.
I chopped the chard stalks into small pieces after they were boiled. I mixed 1 clove of garlic with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and half a lemon. I added the salt. This is my favorite state.❤️💚💕
