Thanks for your Short & fruitfull Presentation. I have a query to know....are DP Note delivery letter & Balance Confirmation Letter charge documents? I have not found these documents used as charge documents in my previous & current bank in Loan documentation

Could you tell me regarding the witness of charge documents i.e. there is any limitation to make someone as a witness? In many times we can see that only two officials of credit department give their sign as a witness. Is there any problem for that case?
