Thanks for this guide. I've got one question though If my solar panel comes with dc Jack do I have to just cut of the Jack and split the wires into negative and positive or will I have to replace the entire wires that came with the panel with a new positive and negative wires????

You should use a constant DC power supply source as taking direct power from Solar module will give fluctuations due to change in Solar light radiation is not constant always like the battery
