First and foremost thank you for all the hard work and bringing awesome content to knight and charge on nation. Happy that football season is back, but that was a rough watch if you expected KJ to be the next great UCF QB. Although it’s just game one on a new team I guess you’d expect the all time passer for a SEC program(Arkansas) to be able to light up an inferior opponent. He will improve from last nights performance. We just hope it’s a huge leap that going into big games we can lean on him to make the big play or at least the right decision. It may be an FCS team but man oh man we actually have linebackers that make hits and fill the gaps. I’m super pumped for this season and we are blessed with one heck of a RB room. Go knights and Charge on⚡️⚔️

I was excited to see punts being returned.

Thanks, Sean, for your time and effort providing us with UCF content! I agree on all that you said. I'd like to add that KJ is a fifth-year senior with 3 years of starting experience. IMO, no excuse for the lack of quarterbacking skills, especially from a SEC program. Perhaps, he is still shell shocked from being sacked the most of any QB last year's season. It would be hard not to lose your confidence after being humiliated like last year. Hopefully, in time he will improve. I don't know what #11 excuse is though... I'd hate to have to rely on either QB after last night's performance.

Unfortunately, KJ looked like he was standing at a backyard bbq grill handing out burgers to his boys.

Kent State rushed for 94 yards against UCF last year. Three penalties last night...delay of game, face mask, and late hit. Nick lamented the two cupcake games on this year's schedule, but I think we can all agree UCF really needs one more pastry before TCU.

KJ will face #1 UCF Defense live from here on out. Believe it he will get up to game speed.

the LB position has been a problem for the past four decades...maybe we've turned the page

I think 40 years is a bit hyperbolic. UCF has had some very good linebacker corps since its inception ALMOST 40 years ago.

At halftime, I was like, we gotta bench KJ by game 3. After the game seeing both…maybe we should just stay the course on KJ for now 🤦🏻♂️

You were not confident when you said KJ could turn it around at the end, lol. KJ looked like a 4th string QB. It was scary how bad he was. I'll leave it at that.

Thank yall for taking KJ from us. We were tired of him being a nonexistent QB. He's regressed every year. Thinks he's Jordan but plays like Kevin Hart
