Would've been really awesome to see the Chargers win against an undefeated team since im a Chargers fan, with Rivers throwing over 500 yards and 0 interceptions... i feel like they shouldve had this one. Everyone talking shit on Rivers doesnt know what theyre talkin about. Hes an amazing qb, yeah he fucked up at the end of the game and shouldve thrown to woodhead, but nonetheless both teams played great and it was exciting to watch to say the least! Packers won fair and square, GO BOLTS!
@lucmayer159 жыл бұрын
Yeah, Rivers is amazing but it is the team around keeping him out of the discussion of the great qb's in the league because he always plays well and it is not just him that can win games but he proved the people that said he was bad in this game with a hell of a performance. It was a great game with you guys and I wish best of luck to you guys this season and in the future and I hope for more great games like tonight with you chargers later on.
@rac501720159 жыл бұрын
If you go back and watch Randall had wood covered on the play your talking about. He read rivers eyes and helped double gates on the throw. He would have broke on the ball the exact same way he did on the final play. Rivers should have run it in.

A-Rod actually had a great game, especially considering that 3 WRS were out(the backups couldn't get open), Cobb and Jones not being 100%, and Lacy not contributing at all. The Pack didn't play bad, but they were just facing a great team. Rivers going Beast Mode was the main reason this game was a nailbiter. They also kept it away from Rodgers.

I'm a Packers fan and I hate it when our defense is getting scorched in the passing game like this. But regardless they showed they can step up when it matters the most. Couldn't have been a better time to have a bye week and let our injured guys heal up. Offense can't be putting up 40+ points every game like everyone expects, like any sport, things can change drastically in the course of a year. Just glad we don't have to rely on just Rodgers now, our defense can make plays also. Hats off to Chargers, they played a hell of a game, especially Rivers, hopefully they can get healthy and get their run game going cause Gordon is still struggling, can't always rely on Rivers to carry the team.

To be brutally honest, the struggles we've seen from the Green Bay offense is down to the wounded offensive line. When that line is healthy, it's almost impossible to get in Rodgers face, and we all know how dangerous Rodgers is with time.

Im a massive Green Bay fan and Im going to admit that although were undefeated, we have been playing very mediocre. Rodgers and the rest of our offense better take advantage of this bye week because Denver will eat us alive if we don't.
@TheYangarang9 жыл бұрын
+Alexis Villanueva Agreed. We're struggling against mid-tier defenses while the Broncos have a high-tier defense. It's gonna be a good game.
@mexicanjoker94429 жыл бұрын
+TheYangarang you're completely right. The only reason were undefeated is our defense so we need to really improve because this bronco defense will test us in every way. we're lucky their offense hasn't been delievering.
@DarthVxderTV9 жыл бұрын
+Alexis Villanueva Our offense has been banged up. Ever since Lacy got hurt and Davante was out weve been struggling. Jones isnt more than a really good #3 and red zone threat and Cobb is getting double teamed all the time. Ty and especially Janis still need a lot of work to do. Starks is a great backup but as a starter hes nothing special and def not Lacy. Weve also had some OLine injurys. The bye week will get our offense healthy and ready to go.
@mexicanjoker94429 жыл бұрын
You literally got my thoughts on writing but I have to disagree with the Starks comment. I think that compared to other seasons he's been putting up way better numbers so I have faith in him but I do agree that this bye will give us some breathing room to rearrange our priorities.
@DarthVxderTV9 жыл бұрын
Alexis Villanueva What I meant by starks is that hes no top 10 back in the league. I think hes been averaging under 4 yds a carry although Lacy has also but Lacy last year was an excellent catcher and averaged 4.5 yds a carry so having Lacy back will be a big upgrade. Starks is starter caliber and hes been facing stacked boxes but hes not a top back. Ready to see Packers have their toughest game yet this season. Next 2 weeks are big.

65 pass attempts in a close game. Stinks of hubris. Smells like a guy who's trying to go out and prove he's better than Aaron Rodgers. The team, meanwhile, was left to watch his personal showcase while falling to 2-4 (or is it 1-5?). What kind of coaching is going on out there.

+Georgie Arn: "Perfect IDIOT" He was/is better than Rodgers ---> STUPID, look at the STATS!!!!
@georgiearn27919 жыл бұрын
martine estrada My point exactly, Martine. Impulsive/novice observers will look at the *aggregate* stats and think that Phillip Rivers is the better quarterback. Experienced/analytical observers will consider the timing/circumstances of play-by-play outcomes to reach a conclusion. Rivers' agenda was to pump up his come-from-behind stats in order to give the perception that he's the top quarterback. My point exactly, Martine.
