In this recipe, I will show you the method of making chargha at home. Chrgha is whole chicken steamed and roasted in oil. This is most famous recipe of Lahore city Pakistan.

Written Ingredients:
Chicken 3 (3.5kg)
For Brian:
Water to Dip Chickens
Salt 1/2cup
For Marination:
Yoghurt/Curd 750gms
Black Cumin 7tsp
Salt 3tsp
Red Chilli 3tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 3tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp
Garlic Powder 0.75tsp
Citric Acid 0.25tsp
Orange Foor Color 0.25tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Ajwain 1tsp

I have done this recipe in different way, After steaming,grill the chicken with barbeque sauce(it's healthier also). The water in steamer will be turned into soup , you can either drink it while grilling or can be used to make gravy .
