I tried this recipe yesterday. It was super delicious Thank you The one you show seems to be oven roasted on top.It looks a bit dry and brown on top. The chicken I steam roasted, had a wet look, and also the steam that had collected under the saucepan lid had 'dripped' in to the chicken; So I had a tasty recipe of the Marinade, (melted) Chicken oil (from fat of Chicken) and the 'distilled' water. That was a bonus sauce!! Thank you and God bless you.
