One or two years is still common. Most Ghanaians aren't going to bother reporting landlord's. You also have middlemen charging a fee

Crazy and in Nigeria its 1 year. Here in South Africa it's monthly.

Be realistic the average person even in the USA don't have six months or a year worth of funds, Africa has to start make fundamental changes, also if you get payed once a month how can you pay rent, don't make no sense
