Most people drive far less than that in an average day. But yes it’s a hybrid. Once those 50 miles are gone, it uses the normal hybrid gasoline engine like Priuses always have.

I ask myself why in the world are we going fully electric when HYBRIDS chargers faster and it uses the best it can be with better miles u get from it and u get to have gas as well it is a balance the world should be support this way more then going fully electric if u ask me Hybrids should be the car of the future not a fully electric car sure its nice that its there but we as a world should not be forced to be told we can't have a hybrid.

True, its called hybrid for a reason. A back up plan is always best. Someday may be gas powered will be the back up and solar will power most of the time.
