I'm owner of vida v1 for 2 months now. The only problem vida had was switches leaking boot and software. Switches are now fixed. But software is still a big problem. If hero fixes all software issues of app & scooter, this is the best ev scooter you could buy in India. The leaky boot won't be fixed unless they create a new accessory.
