Charisma and Cole you are prepping your way into matrimony. Good job Charisma , meal prepping is a real time saver. You can substitute rice with quinoa , couscous, farro , amaranth, or even cauliflower rice.

Yvonne Miller yes cauliflower rice is a great idea. It’s definitely one of those “is this going to taste like rice” situations but it’s actually good. We made cilantro lime cauliflower rice.

We meal prep every Sunday. Eggs in boiling water may be faster and safer. Every Sunday: green salad, chicken and another meat, fruit, boiled eggs, quinoa and a snack. Breakfast are smoothies made with frozen fruit. (Those we make in the morning or the night before. Good luck and please be careful!! 💕 You two are just too cute!

I love to meal prep. My favorite things to meal prep are dinners you can dump in the crockpot in the morning and it is ready in the evening. So when you are putting the meals together you don’t have to cook anything just mix all the ingredients together and than freeze it than whenever you want it just dump it in a crockpot. So easy.

You could use broccoli or cauliflower as a rice substitute. Our supermarket has them in bags already minced up although if you have a food processor it only takes a few minutes to make. Both delicious and healthy 😊

I see suggestions for burns so I’ll add my 2 cents. Cold water is the best treatment; it draws the heat out of your skin. Blisters show up when the burn is allowed to cool from the deeper tissue to the top layer of skin. Creams lock the heat in. That’s why you’re burn felt hotter with the analgesic

Loved the video of you two helping eachother in the kitchen. We do some meal prep but mostly for lunch. The twins eat lunch at school most of the time. Charisma try Neosporin on the burns as well, helps w/bruising etc. Good idea for dinner though. So nice seeing ClemDaddy and Mrs. Kelly. Happy things are working out for all of you. I love to meal prep. I make a lot of homemade lunchables for my kids which are just their favorite fresh fruits and veggies, sliced cheese squares, lunch meat, and Ritz crackers. I make all of the school lunches and my husband’s work lunches on Saturday morning. I also meal prep crockpot meals and put all of the ingredients into a gallon ziplock freezer bag and then dump it into the crockpot on the day we plan to eat it. Those make a lot though.

I like to meal prep since I’m super busy during the week. I like to do ground turkey taco style meat. I eat it with crunchy shells or stuff bell peppers and add some shredded cheese in the top.
