That’s what I took away from this. Conor is used as an extreme example so it’s very clear what the attributes are being highlighted in the video. Self believe, not being a people pleaser, have a set goal and vision, being unafraid to be yourself without compromise. They’re all blatant in Conor’s exterior. If you try to emulate or become him, it already directly contradicts several of the points made in this video.

He praises opponents AFTER his victories to highlight and emphasize the 'greatness' of a victory, that he can beat the 'best'. if he'd say his opponent wasn't good after the fight ..well then how would his win be impressive? No one cares if a pro had just beaten a toddler. He tries to use emotional manipulation with a crowd and his opponents, but when faces a real confidence(the one that is backed up by highest levels of skill and experience) like Khabib or Mayweather - he fails.

if you have to make several remarks throughout the video "we are not encouraging to do this ", the person you are talking about is probably not the best hero for the charisma break down. 😅 I completely understand how his pattern of behavior might work effectivelly in big sport, which is more of a show really, but not so much of a great example for rl.
