i heard ur little comment about the hospital and "just anxiety" and that ur "just dumb". Just wanna let you know that anxiety is definitely not something that makes you stupid in any way. The doctors are just saying your physical health is not in any danger. If you want to improve your mental, the earlier you start the easier it is to build routines for selfcare and living in the moment. But there is alot you can do! :) And also its not something you have to be embarrassed about. You probably know all this but for me sometimes its nice to hear. great content btw! been getting into pokemon pvp and watching you two play is very entertaining and insightful!
