Frank Sheerans account is correct. Chucky was involved. Chucky didnt know it at first, but he figured it out after, and then he pled the 5th to save his own ass from his bosses. Jimmys own daughter Barb called on Frank to tell exactly what happened. Franks own daughters say he did it. James P Hoffa said Chucky was involved the day after he disappeared.

I think Chuckie O. probably didn't have a lot of say. Characters like Giacalone don't ask, they order. They needed Chuckie otherwise Hoffa would never had gotten in the car. It's often your best friend that betrays you in that life, because you're the one who can get close.

Vito giacalone and Chucky o Brien were in that car and picked up Hoffa to take him to meet with Anthony Giacalone. But instead they took him to a house where a hit team was waiting. They took Hoffa's body to a funeral home and threw his body in a cremation box.

Detroiter here this is always a interesting topic of conversation everybody in Detroit especially older people have their theory about what happened I think the theory that Frank Sheeran talks about seems to make the most sense even though a lot of people say he’s lying but that doesn’t mean he is lying I think some people want it to remain a mystery forever. But to comment on the Frank sheeran theory I’ve seen the house on beaver land where he says it happened and the interesting thing about that house is it’s a corner house you can get to the house from grand river and you can kind of sneak into the neighborhood a back way from 7 mile and the house is approximately a half a mile from a cemetery that has a crematorium an an interesting fact is the time that Jimmy Hoffa disappearance occurred the house That he had talked about was for sale and the real estate agent was a mafia connected real estate guy this is all public fax if you research this is not any of my own Theories

I heard the same thing in a management training seminar years ago. If you're talking and your eyes go left you are accessing the part of brain that recalls memories and actual life experiences etc. If your eyes are going right your brain is in a creative and developing mode. The moment he was asked where his loyalties should lie - either with the guy who raised him like a son or with the Teamsters you knew Chuckie was lost. I'm not saying he was involved - beyond playing a role he really had no choice with - but he knew. Where I differ is in believing it wasn't a mob hit. Or at least not sanctioned by the mob. Hoffa was a big deal and they would have known it could only blow back on them in a big way. For me you need to be looking harder at the cast of characters surrounding Watergate. Trained killers one and all. And when it was over they used Hoffa's disappearance as a stick with which to really go after the mob.
