Bugliosi who lied in court in order to prosecute Manson. And why did the CIA continue to release manson everytime Manson went to prison even after Manson said he didn't want to be released.? What about the interview with Mason when he tried to tell Geraldo Rivera about the gun belonging to Ronald Regan that was used in a murder but Geraldo didn't want to talk about it.? What about Roman Polanski who just happened to be out of town the day Sharon was murdered.? There's more to the history of Manson then you are aware of.

OPERATION DESTROY CHINA Bugliosi did not invent the Helter Skelter theory. Leslie Van Houten was interviewed by detectives in the fall of 1969 and she described the ideas behind Helter Skelter and the connection to the Beatles songs, and about Manson teaching it and how a good number of them believed it. She sure seemed to. This was before the murder indictments were issued, before they were all rounded up, long before the trial and before Bugliosi had fully formulated his case strategy. I’m not saying it was the main motive for the murders or that Manson himself actually believed any of it (though he did have some mental illnesses so he may have believed it on some level), but the girls sure did. Tex may have to some degree. Bugliosi didn’t invent it.

Almost no one on these old style talk shows from the 90s ever came off looking good. It was just a crass format. That said, how Patti Tate could stand to sit on that stage mere feet away from Sandra Good and that greasy loser boyfriend of hers George Stimson is beyond me. Patti was 11 or 12 when the murders and the trial happened and Sandra Good was parading around defending her friends then and STILL defends them now. She thinks the murders were a good thing. @@Nah.ImCool How can you even ask that question? If you were 11 years old when your sister was brutally murdered by a gang of dirty, demented, drug-addled weirdos and decades later you found yourself sitting next to one of their friends and associates who was living with them at the time of the murders and paraded around Los Angeles during the murder trial with shaved head and carved forehead X defending her killer friends, and continuing to do so over 20 years later, championing the murder of your sister as a righteous revolutionary killing, if you had any emotions and feelings and still harbored immense grief and horror over the whole event, you might experience a SKIN CRAWLING revulsion being within 10 feet of her. I’m sure I would. Patti used to talk about still being a child and a teenager and these people, who crawled through her sister’s window and through her front door and sliced her up, were her literal real life nightmare. If you can’t understand the concept of Patti being completely repulsed by Sandra Good and uneasy in her presence, then I don’t know what to say, regardless of whether or not Sandra took part in the actual murders. Last comment.... Have any of those kids really listened to any of Charlie's interviews? He basically admits the things he's done and then slowly walks them back. He talks in a confusing manner that if you don't listen really hard you can't hear what he's actually saying. He also said in one that if he'd started killing there would be nobody left. In one he admitted telling them what to do but somehow he was not to blame because in the end it was still their choice. That they did what they wanted to do. I agree with that point but I also agree that most did it because Charlie wanted them to. The rest of their stories match up and the only one they constantly denied anything was Charlie. Of course he wanted people dead? He directed from a distance. He always wanted that plausible deniability. He was a lifelong criminal and knew exactly what he was doing. People really need to listen to the things and think about the contradictions. They love the Earth and hated fossil fuels but stole cars in love driving them around. They cared about the children but continually that drugs to their own, constantly kept them dirty, and did all manner of unloving things to them. There was nothing peaceful or loving about that group of people. The ones that actually had a problem with it all... Left or didn't participate. I had bad things happen to me and was actually locked up for things other people did to me. The only people that I did anything to was fighting back at the times things were happening. I never would have thought to kill anyone. Of course I'm no addict but I know plenty that don't kill. I hope these kids got mental help somewhere along the way. I'm not too into mental health care because I kind of think it's a sham but these kids needed something. I'm saying that because I think the drugs that they put people on sometimes make the problems worse..... Something I know too well. Plus with a mind like that I don't understand how that poor excuse for human being ever got out of jail. I would have been keeping an eye on everyone of his followers at all times. To hell with privacy in these cases. There is something wrong in their brains. Watching any interview that Charlie ever did says exactly who he was. He literally admits to his ideology. If you can catch it before you make some kind of excuse for it that only a moron would buy.

Patti is great and brave. I do think the focus is a little bit too much on Charlie on times, while Tex and the other killers ultimately decided to go on and do the killings.
@andyhoms20015 ай бұрын
My heart goes out to all of the victims snd their families. Especially the Tate family. They have endured so much tragedy. First with Sharon. And then with Patti. BTW, Patti was a very similar likeness to her big sister, Sharon.

Finally, someone said it. She's great, and Manson was used as a scape goat. People think just because the media says so, and some bullshit books was written, it MUST be the truth? The king is gone, but not forgotten. R. I. P Manson.

Brainwashing is real and I don't know how we can reverse it. Sharon Tate was a real flower child. She was beautiful in and out. Jay died protecting her and her baby. Abigail was wealthy but she spent her time volunteering with inner city children. Voytec barely survived the holocaust. To imply that Sharon was somehow bad for being an actress! She was an artist. An animal lover. And was going to become a mother. I read Charles Manson's autobio were he makes all these arguments. And although I felt some empathy for what he went through as a child, he didn't sell it either. He was very sick. His followers are very brainwashed indeed. Bless Bugliosi for his work. And Patty, Sharons brave little sister. I can't even fathom how she can sit through this. These were not flower children.

Charles put out the hit by telling them to do everything Tex Watson told them to do. It seems Tex Watson was a major problem all along and his drug deal that went bad and Charles Manson killed the guy who Tex Watson did a bad deal with. Tex should get the death penalty where is he why doesn't anyone talk about him???

Poor Patti this must have been so traumatic. This is awful those nineties talk shows were just a side show. The Tate family suffered so much sadness and loss. I do hope that Debra is okay. While I’m at it my deepest sympathy goes to the La Bianca family too. It must have been such a shock when they let Leslie out.
