It rains a lot in Buxton and i mean a lot. to prevent flooding in the town they bottle the stuff on an industrial scale and ship it out by the ton on lorry loads to far away places. it helps keep the water in the area at a safe below ground level. what ever you do don't stop buying the Buxton bottled water. the place would become like Venice within a short space of time just by opting for other brands.

Your comments about inequality in an historical perspective show great insight on your part. In hunter-gatherer societies, before the 'neolithic revolution', division of labour was rudimentary. As agriculture took hold - originally in the 'fertile crescent' between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers (Mesopotamia), divisions of labour became more numerous and elites emerged, through control of resources (surpluses) and monopoly of Knowledge, through mathematics and astronomy, enabling them to calculate the times of planting and harvesting.

For the last 10 years I worked at the other end filling those lorries and the factory I worked in makes food for most of the supermarkets and because I was so interested to find out more about the products and how they are all made I talked to everyone, and I can tell you that the products we make have different recipes for each store so there all different tasting.

What a beautiful town, very impressive, When Christchurch NZ got hit by the Earthquake my Anzac spirit kicked in & I went there for almost 6 months to help the Kiwis get back on their feet with the NZ Earthquake commission, we got Sundays off so occasionally I would head North into the Alps to a small beautiful village called Hamner Springs where they had hot natural springs & spend a day soaking, they were steaming hot & the smell of Sulphur almost made you gag but was worth it, this small town ended up being the Epicentre of a major quake about 12 months later.

in the opening shot to this video there is a fish and chip shop which I'm glad to see is still there. a place where i first tried as a boy on a day trip to buxton in the early 80s my first ever northern delicacy. something being attended to by girls working over a hot steamer which contained steak and kidney puddings inside. all served to me with golden brown chips, peas and a round of bread and butter. (plain small pleasures are the best) i know there are some that don't like that type of suet pastry but there are some that do. every time I eat one i always remember those girls taking care of that hot steamer with its lid rattling away because of the pressure. the puddings inside yum yum. i love those things but you never see them in the south. i wonder if in 2022 the same girls are still working as attentively as they did back then over that hot steamer.

Charlie as Italian I can tell that we are still profoundly proud of our origin and culture regardless the actual circus at the government and everything related to their institutions. Charlie do you remember how the Roman empire ended up after constant centuries of glorious history? Corruption. The highest rank officials of the empire began to sell each other to their enemies lacking of everything they swore for and served. Corruption bring betrayal and it's necessary only this two to make any healthy country fallen into pieces. History also showed that we've always picked ourselves up and got better again. Weak times create strong people Strong people create good times Good times make people weak It's generational, but we will be back strong again, a sovereign country out of the EU nazi dictatorship, majority of the population would follow your example in term decision on getting out of the EU. Always found interesting the British history, such a small country who has been the last major colonizer in recent times conquering and developing 3/4 of the globe. You also have probably the highest quality laboratory I'm terms of new research I believe. Lastly, something that I really admire as Italian of you guys is how everybody is patriotic regardless the politics getting involved etc.(tell me if I'm wrong) while as Italian we are a republic only for the past 150 odd years. Before we were divided into different states and kings so even now between regions sometimes can be some old fashion hostility which takes you literally nowhere. Loved your video keep it up Mr C 🤙🏻

The sell by date on bottled water is actually for the plastic it comes in. After x amount of time the plastic will start to degrade. Also, every food product has to have a sell by date. Even strong alcohol. Its also simply to ensure the quality of the food itself. A lot of foods are still pergectly safe to eat after its date. But you know, the biscuits might be a little bit stale.
