If Jesus wants to stay, he stays. The guy was revolutionary for us prior to the injury, the mentality and attitude that he brings to the club should not be overlooked. We talk about needing depth, Jesus provides that. He can play anywhere on the forward line and if he can fully recover and get back to his best he will if not force his way back into the starting 11 at the very least he will push our starting forwards to perform. The guys a workhorse on the pitch and he makes those around him better. I still do question his ability to play as a 9 but there is absolutely no way I would be selling him, he still has so much more to offer.

Mbeumo is our best bet. He's a beast of a player who has extensive Premiership experience and can play across the frontline.

I heard that Newcastle are in advanced talks to sign Amario Cozier-Duberry, this is such as shame. We will get nothing for him, we have to do more about giving hope to the youth and creating a pathway to at least get them to resign to get a fee for them.

-we will get a fee dictated by tribunal, at a minimum. -he's not even top of the list for youth prospects right now and the ones above him still aren't getting a look in because we're just playing at a level that's beyond any kid who isn't borderline generational; it's always a 'shame' to lose talented youth but really right now losing duberry is fully MEH. Can't keep them all.

Feel like there's a lot of pressure being placed on Timber by the fan base. Yes he looked good in the community shield and the half he played against Forest. But i am worried that he's been built up to Messi/Ronaldo levels of ability and will be the player that leads us to the Premier League title and Champions League glory. It feels like he's being set up to fail if/when he doesn't perform to the level of a footballing god and then will have the fan base turn on him like so many other players in the past

Given the unlikely hood of us spending £75m+ on an individual player, Dani Olmo would be the signing I would love to see over the summer window, but if we are going to spend big on a flair attacker, Napoli's Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is that player & he maybe even cheaper seen as Napoli now can barely qualify for the Europa league. I wonder if Oshimen maybe of interest aswell 🤔

Why is that unlikely? Last summer alone we spent £105m on one player and £65m on another. I wouldn't rule anything out tbh.

Khvicha is not a striker. He's a left winger that plays the same position with Martinelli, Trossard and possibly, Gabriel Jesus

Timber will help the team next season, better to rest him till the end of this season. He would bring no new thing to the current squad regarding their state of being a champion this season.

We are not desperate for Timber to get on the field...why take that chance? Just continue to WO and make sure he is 100% for pre-season. I think it makes sense for Jesus to stay. He can rotate with Kai and GM and so can Trossard. That is a solid 4 man rotation...spend the money on midfield and rotation partner for Saka. Jesus will get healthy and challenge for his pitch time. We don't need to spend big dollars on a striker. Sell Eddie (finally).

I don’t see Ramsdale being sold in the summer. No team will want to pay his actual value, and I think it’d be more beneficial to send him out on loan to a premier league team. Burnley ideally if they were to stay up. If Arsenal could sign only one player this summer, it should be Wirtz. He is that x-factor that can unlock a defense out of nothing. If only he wasn’t impossible to get.
