In the other version of the movie Charlie has a job delivering papers and offers to pay for his Grandpa Joe a pipe of tobacco a day. He instead takes the money and uses it for a Wonka bar for Charlie. He then finds the money on the street that helps him buy the winning Wonka bar.👍🏼
@tgiacin43511 ай бұрын
That’s because they killed off Charlie’s dad. I’d love to see his dad working as someone that screws caps on tubes of toothpaste. But as for Grandpa Joe in the original, he doesn’t look like a 90 year old. He says he’s gonna get out of bed and help ease the family’s burden, yet when Charlie’s mom said she never saw him once get out of bed in 20 years, he said the floor was too cold. Also where did Joe get that chocolate bar? Also his pinky nails were really long leading me to suspect he sneaks out at night to do blow while he keeps the other three grand parents as hostages

Lol the grandpa suddenly jumping out of bed in this one is much less believable than the first 😂😂😂😂 Also its not fair to compare the graphics, there's been huge advancements in technology since then, the first one was great quality for its time.
