he is first on tour in par breakers and leads the tour in scoring average. He is doing it a bit differently than he once did but he is still the best. Any golfer on tour would say that if you asked them. even Phil.

Both Tiger and Jack are probably at the top of their generations in play. But you'll never know who;s better until you see them play head to head. The best you can do is compare them at where they were in this stage of their career. At age 38 they both had the same amount of majors. Beyond that is a complex of other stats that factor in they to me are just peoples opinions on what makes one better than the other.

Jack Nicklaus was great but tiger is the greatest golfer ever. Once he passes Sam sneed for most tour wins, it will be justified. Comparing jack Nicklaus to tiger is like comparing bill Russell to Michael jordan. Even if tiger never passes jack in majors, his sheer talent and level of dominance of the game will always solidify his spot as the best. But I do see him breaking both sneed and Nicklaus records which will Justus him way over the top as the greatest ever.

Genetics is a funny thing. Our child has wavy hair--if you brush it, it is alsmost straight with a slight wave. Our child was very fair when he was born, people even thinking my baby was not my child, but as our child has grown older, he is a bit more darker. Considering Tiger is not fully black and his wife is Nordic, totally explains why this child has the appearance that he does. I know one thing for sure--he is a little cutie pie!

Well said! And also... Sure, it's pretty obviuos that there's nothing anyone can say or do to justify nor speculate the things he did, since Tiger Woods is the only one who is - Tiger Woods. Until someone else has been Tiger Woods, which is pretty much physically impossible as of now, there's no way at all to know ALL reasons and explanations behind his actions. There are sooo many different areas in life that plays a part in human behavior, i.e. surroundings, health, performance pressure etc..

you do realize that the last major Jack won was in 1986 he retired in 2005 so he went 18 years without winning a major championship also Tiger is the youngest to win 14 majors in the history of golf nobody has dominated golf like Tiger at a young age also he already has more career wins than Jack and is only 3 away from Sam Sneads all time record 79 wins to Sams 82 Jack only has 73 career wins. Tiger has only been playing for 17 years Jack played for 39 there's still time for Tiger.

The fields in golf is alot like poker with the amount of participants involve,So tiger playing in bigger fields.The athletes are much better today and the standards in golf is at a all time high ,from college scholarships to access to the best teachers, Augusta even LENGTHEN its golf COURSE to so call Tiger Proof it . What do you mean once he passes Snead's record it's justified? Justifying it would be winning the majors, end of. I hate people who think it should be Woods' title to be the greatest ever. It isn't. Woods beat great fields but it's hardly like Nicklaus didn't win against a load of nobodies. Nicklaus is the greatest ever, end of discussion. Majors are majors.
