He was my teacher in Portland primary school and as a class we was on the news as he just got noticed and decided to do music full time, he sang this song often to us in class. I always remember a school dance we had too, everyone paired up and had someone to dance with and I didn't, he saw me alone and danced with me. Forever in my heart Mr Landsborough. 🥰

I always think of my son (RIP) when I hear this song. He went blind when he was seven. 😔. I remember he heard a fire engine going past our car one day and he asked me “what colour is it Mum?” It was so sad, but I had to hold it all together so he wouldn’t realise how upset it made me feel that he couldn’t see it for himself. I always wished he could see all that Mother Nature had to offer. 😢. 🦋 🇦🇺 2019

What a beautiful song sung with such feeling , it always reminds me of my beloved older son aged 44 who l lost 1 week after a tragic mishap, not of his making, in 2010. l cry everytime l hear it as l recall his young years when l spent so much time with him, teaching him colours and numbers as he handed me the pegs as l hung out the washing.
