The first time I saw that in this episode I had to rewatch the entire episode after it because I couldn't help laughing at the thought of Frank just running in the room, not even saying hi or acknowledging that Dee was there for some reason. Instead he knew he had to eat the cat food so he could go to sleep before the cats outside started howling.

Charlie would be an idiot to pay the cost for the entire building to be exterminated (or for all the heating ducts to be repaired). He rents *one* room...he doesn't own/manage the building. It's not his responsibility to foot the bills to repair the entire thing. You can make an argument that he could do a better job keeping the bathroom clean...but he's not the janitor. If you share a bathroom with 10 other Apts, that doesn't mean it's your job to clean up after 10 other families. TL;DR - It's not Charlie's responsibility to do something about those issues. Those are all Landlord issues. This comment sounds like it was made by someone who's never had to rent 😂 😆

That building is a fairly good representation of Skid Row in LA. Not even kidding. I lived there for a year when I first got to LA, & worked as a bouncer in a legendary (in LA, at least) dive bar called, "King Eddie", that was 3 blocks from my building. You'd be amazed at how close this building is to the ones down there.

Bop Bop Perono well if your serious about that, there’s always the short-term solution of melatonin pills, anti-histamines work decently too. Really the key is waking up as early as you can manage, exposing yourself to light and exercise asap, eating protein rich and some complex carbs to fuel your day, stay away from caffeine in the afternoon, stay away from greasy, fatty, sugary foods especially in the evening, start avoiding screens within 3 hours of going to bed, and you’re pretty much set!
