@@niece7959 I love it all. Bob Dylan, his work with Doyle Bramhall jr. I remember when this song came out and them saying he was doing sessions with Keith Richards at 15yo, plus all that other great stuff when he was still a kid. I believe he’s 17 here.

Happy playing with Bob Dylan's band all these years. Agree - he could have had a very successful solo career had he wanted it. Lots of sacrifices though. And I think in his heart he is more of a guitarist than a lead guy.

@@heatherreeddykes7231 Yeah, I'm a Charlie Fan..and bad timing, crappy marketing...his focus on substance over gimmicks...it made alot of wonder what to do with him...thats my guess. But in the end i think he's happy..plays quite alot and has made so many outstanding contributions.

This song was not only featured in the John Hughes film “Some Kind of Wonderful“, but written into the plot’s climactic party scene. That being said; how is it excluded from the soundtrack? Not only that, but the bonus features for the movie include a music feature with no mention of Charlie Sexton.

At the time the song was at position #54 on Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart, four weeks earlier it had peaked at #17 {for three weeks} and it spent twenty weeks on the Top 100...
