I'll say it for you Charlie: the show should have ended there! Essentially it did. I have NEVER seen one without U. "Cringable".

I didn't like Two and a Half Men with Ashton, but that wasn't his fault. They made the story line goofy as hell, and they turned Alan into a genuinely cringeworthy character. Ashton was a billionaire who they portrayed as a brilliant businessman, who could barely put one foot in front of the other aside from business. Alan went from a broke working man who had more bills than he could handle, to a professional mooch who didn't even work anymore and was proud of taking advantage of other people. They would have done themselves a favor by just ending it after Charlie left. It's not that I feel sorry for Charlie, he did it to himself, and now watching the reruns, you realize that the show pretty much mimicked his real life, and that's a little creepy now too. It's all just a shame because Charlie is one hell of an actor.

Kathleen Lock couldn't agree more. Lorre n Aronsohn who had such a good thing going not only spoiled the whole serial but made two good actors make utter fools of themselves! Maybe they paid them to do so, but still!

Personal space is what I think causes actors ,who become so famous as Charlie, to loose control , and it is impossible to explain to us , the viewer's, they find themselves alone

The best line in two and a half, post Charlie Sheen, is when after an orgy filled 80s type of party Walden says, "This looks like Charlie Sheen's house!"
