Florida State was loaded during this era. They went undefeated in ACC play like their first 3 and half years till UVA in 95. My older brother was a big amp lee fan. Funny how Brad Johnson was the backup to Casey Weldon and went on to NFL stardom. Shout out Weldon too cuz he was tough imo 💯

Absolutely. Agree 100 % with everything you said. I am kind of partial to Brad Johnson though. He did pretty good in the N.F.L. I'm a Redskins fan and I remember them getting him from Minnesota I believe. He was a good quarterback.

It's a darn shame the way the NFL treated Charlie Ward in no one willing to draft him as a QB. Had he had an opportunity, I believe used properly within the right scheme he would have been a really good pro. That being said ALL of CFB basically runs this RPO type offense. The NFL was always third down and a mile for the Black quarterback, and that's the truth...that dynamic thank God has changed...now every CFB team wants a Charlie Ward...pffft!
