So glad to see you playing this! I got it when it was early access and really enjoyed it, and they have improved a lot for the 1.0. Looking forward to seeing your build! The pacing is a bit fast because your patents will expire, and when the council's funding is gone you need to keep writing them. Get scientific expeditions going ASAP, they are the bread and butter of patents.

With the beds and whatnot.. they're accessible in 2 directions.. you could have one by wall, space, bed, bed, space, bed.. it'll help cram more into less space :D I hope you can rename your toons!! I'd love to be your first military person so you can send me out to sacrifice me for the good of the colony ;)

he did put a medical bed against the wall, so at least that part can be done, i've also seen someone else do it with regular beds, so it should in theory work to put two beds next to each other as well.

At a certain point, once everything is unlocked, a game can become repetitive and boring. I’d much rather the game come to a conclusion with resolution than to simply have the fun die and stop playing.

funny how so many people mention stargate, like they invented the idea of stepping through a gate to other worlds?? not even close. pretty sure it's been done in stories a bunch of times, even in "through the looking glass" written 150 years ago, Alice steps through a mirror into another world... star trek did it multiple times, including ones where you set a destination time and possibly planet. the game certainly looks interesting, was hoping to actually do stuff on the other planets, like building bases on them as well.

@briwanderz Not invented it, but certainly popularized it. Plus the game certainly plays off elements of Stargate's format. It's a definite influence. Stargate fans are going to be a big chunk of this game's audience.
