Wrestlers are by far are the most overworked athletes on the planet, especially in the WWE. It's not right and the idea that wrestling fans would lose interest if their favorite wrestlers were gone 4 to 6 months out of the year is ridiculous.

chase4axw My brother used to be a wrestler, and every year it’s getting harder for them because people think of it as a joke. My brothers broken back tells me how real it is, but the WWE constantly telling people it’s all a lie, is making it more of a joke. It used to be that the characters weren’t scripted on everything they said. You never knew of what they were saying to someone was to stir up fake drama, or if it was real drama. When wrestlers were heels, their actions caused them actual issues. They weren’t just playing bad guys, they had to live it. Now that kayfabe is destroyed completely, I know we all knew it was scripted, but nothing is a secret. It’s now just a big budget carnival show.
