Looks very promising, when (if) they come to Sephora I will give them a go. I've been using the Clarins drops for many years - three times a week I put a few drops in my moisturizer and they give a nice warm glow. I use them all winter and it just keeps me looking "more alive" and can get away with more minimal makeup if I choose.

Wow what a surprise! I deff could try that for summer. I used to love my tanned face. But the sun damage! I barely go outside without spf on my face. They looked gorgeous.

I always put self-tanning drops in a cup of moisturizer and mix. I generally use face mist.

Thank you for your review. I am praying so much that this does not smell horribly like every other self tanner. I’ve tried. I know it’s not intended to be a self tanner, but I’ve been desperate to get some color that will stay for a few days and I’m hoping this can be a wonderful substitution for a self tanner and maybe a cheat code , if anyone has any thoughts on the smell, I would greatly appreciate it as I suffer terribly from migraines and every other self tanner type product I cannot use so I’m hoping that this can be one I can sneakily get some color if the smell is not similar to self tanner!! From what you’ve described I can stand it the smell of oil that’s fine. It looks really great.!!

My issue with these products is that my tretinoin and other skin care products eat it off or leave it looking patchy. Did that happen to you? I want a tan face, but not at the expense of not using my normal skin care routine.

I let my tretinoin sink in first a while then add a facial tanner afterwards. I’ve tried lots and never had any reaction and my face is glowing in the morning

So good to hear your thoughts on this new product, Charlotte! When I first got the announcement, I passed it quickly thinking they were another self tanning product that I have been hesitant to ever try. These sound easy to use and I am already a fan of their UV primer. I might just give them a go. Thanks for easing my fears of this being another self tanning debacle. btw, love your hair color. 12:40 Oo0oo, wow! I LOVE the way this adds a touch of color but no transfer! That's awesome, your skin is GLOWING without looking like a glazed donut. That's my problem lol, I can't figure out how to have glowy skin, during no foundation days with no transfer.

Bondi sands have got a cream version which I mix a tiny amount with my face cream and I get a beautiful colour does the same but for the fraction of the price and no smell to it at all, I won't be purchasing but love her makeup lipsticks are the best xx

I do use sunless tanning in spring and summer, but I don't use on my face or whole body. Arms and legs are good enough for me.

Thanks for popping up the disclaimer about your rosacea! I have that little “gift” as well, so it was great to see how it evened out some of the redness. In the past, I’d used a similar product from Sephora called Isle of Paradise self-tanning drops and you mix a drop or two with moisturizer and apply, and it worked pretty well. Like you, I thought the CT would be like the Drunk Elephant D Bronzi drops so I’m very thankful for your comparison. One last question set: which brush did you use for your application? Did it stain the bristles badly? Thanks again, and have an amazing day!!!

Does anyone use these tanning drops while also using retinol or any other exfoliant? What is the best way using them in one skincare routine? I have the idea that those cancel out the tanning due to exfoliation. 🤔

This is the issue I have with these products. The first time I use my skin care I wake up with it patchy or half eaten off my face. 😆 I asked ⬆️ what her experience was and hopefully she’ll reply.

With fair skin (and a warm undertone!), I consider myself a self-tan professional 🤣 IMHO tanning drops don't need to be expensive, which these are, with skincare ingredients, cos I add them into moisturiser. There are so many tanning drops available that these are an easy pass for me!

Hey Charlotte! I'm curious... In my experience my fake tan comes off my face all splotchy when using skincare (retinol, other actives) Did you have that problem with these drops? I'm very intrigued. Ooooooohh it’s a big no no for me. Has a drip white Yorkshire rose I’ve tried many a tanning product. End result is Ooompa Loompa! 😂 Will stick with my bronzer 😂

It’s the strangest thing. I’m about the same skin shade as you. First I tried the lighter shade and didn’t show up. So I ordered the darker. I use about 3 drops added to moisturizer. Still saw no difference. I can’t figure out why.

Wish I would have watched your order before ordering the tan/deep shade - I am light-medium with warm/olive undertone and therefore followed the instruction to order the tan/deep... Do you think the shade is that much deeper than the fair/medium when applied less drops?

Try to use a chemical exfoliant on your hand it should take it off or lighter it to where u cant notice it on your hand. 😉

Can I ask you, how do you wash your face and apply all your morning skincare, and evening skincare while having your eyebrows laminated? I am just curious. Back to these tanning drops. I will not be buying them. They are to expensive. I use the Tanonlogist tanning drops. Faux tans never last on my face because I wash my face and use skincare so I only get about 2 days out of a faux tan on my face.

I won't pay prices like that for this type of a product. I have used 2 from the drugstore with no problems. The drops from L'Oreal and Tanolagist (sp?). The 2nd one was for the body but I need to use it up so I added some to my moisturizer. I tan easily like Charlotte so I did the max amount of drops (10) but if you're going to try either one and you don't tan easily just start off slowly... 👍

Dear charlotte please cut your nails all the same lenth...on your right hand the middle fjnger nail is short and the other hand is your little fingernail short whilst all other nails are long...you are better then that..love to watch you but this .....😅
