To all our subscribers and Charmed/Cole fans: CBS seems to be targeting Charmed vids and after 4 years here, we suddenly have received two strikes from them. We had hoped they would leave these episodes for the die-hard fans' enjoyment, but now we fear the account will be lost soon, and would like to thank all of our 300 subscribers and the well over 1.000.000 viewers we've had.

true, if he hadn't taken the hollow, they would have all died, and whatever evil things he did later was under the influence of the source. I wish that when he had come back from the wasteland, things would have been different and that phoebe would have given him credit for whatever good he was trying to do n gotten back together with him. n then he could have stayed with them as an ally like in the end of season 3 n beginning of season 4. that wouldn't have changed much in the plot

@Trelle1 I know, that bugged me about this scene, she blames Cole for becoming the Source even though he didn't know it would happen and he only used the Hollow to protect the sisters. Then when he absorbed all those demon powers in the Wasteland he only did so because he wanted to live again and after all that Phoebe just didn't care and treated him like crap.

I have to point out that while yes he did'nt know the source would go into him, throughout the episode following it Cole's still the one in the drivers seat. He had plenty of chances to tell Phoebe about it before the source surpressed it. His inability to ask for help lead to everything going to hell between Phoebe and Cole. In season 5 Phoebe does consider giving Cole another chance early in the season. However Cole is still thinking like a demon, even when he attempts to not use his demonic powers, their the first place he turns to when a situation is looking bad like when that slum lord caught Phoebe on tape as a superhero. Instead of waiting for Phoebe to come in he decides the best option was to kill him. While I would've prefered that Cole not be turned evil again, the way it happened was explained well enough to me. Either way Julian Mchmaon was leaving the show and had to be written off somehow.

Yeah I see your point, I just think they were too harsh on him at times and even though he wanted to leave the show they could have written him out some other way, like he could have used his powers as an Avatar to undo his mistakes and see the error of his ways.

Not entirely true. ;) At the very beginning of ep. 4:14 (Three faces of Phoebe) Cole tells the Seer that he won't obey her or her plans, but she dismiss this by informing him that the Source will make him do it. Afterwards he tries to tell Phoebe, but a very sudden, very viscous migraine stops him - has him bolting the room even. Later, same episode, the Seer again insinuates that the Source is already the one in control. In my humble opinion that goes to show the Source had potent ways to stop Cole from exposing him.

He could've told her about it the second he woke up from the nightmare. Yes by the end of the episode the source had suppressed him but before that it was clear Cole was still there for the most part.

I wish the Charmed Ones knew about that, and if they did know about that, I think they (especially Phoebe) would have given him another chance.

Actually, Piper, you were the one who helped the less in vanquishing Cole for the last time. Paige and Phoebe did, you were unconscious.

MrPowerrangersrule I guess she is. It seems to me she can't remember Cole's final death in season 5 since he died in another reality. Only Paige can remember that.

No. That would be a huge breach of copyright - (we're on the edge as it is). Since we're a Julian-centered fandom, we've limited ourselves to the scenes that contain Cole in them.

dude, COLE SAVED THE CHARMED ONES BY TAKING IN THE HOLLOW WHAT THE F**** ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT "choose to become the source" I would've at least thanked him for all that he's done, actually now that I think of it the charmed ones pretty much never did PFFFFF

In their defence, they probably thanked him for the Hollow incident at the time, but afterwards they were more primarily focusing on him having gone evil and become the Source, and then there was the fact that he was using evil powers which went on to drive him nearly hopelessly insane...
