Yah Lucca has become very expensive. Still love to stay there as much as we can. We use airbnb. It is small n expensive. Very nice.

Oh you have no idea... The issue is everyone loves Lucca and it is always busy. Lot's of stuff being used for nightly rentals. Try looking just outside the historic district. There are tons of apartments that are very nice but be advised that they won't have the old world look that so many people find appealing.

It’s the punch line to how popular Lucca has become. And as I always say, I just tell what the asking price is. Not what the actual value is or isn’t or even what you’re gonna offer if you were to ever even offer on one of these properties or the settlement price. It’s just what it’s gone on the market at. But yes, Lucca is very expensive. It’s hard to find anything at this price point. Let alone something that you enter on the ground floor a block away from one of the busiest corners in historic district and only two blocks from one of the main entrances to the old center. 🤷🏼‍♂️ If you haven’t been to Lucca lately, you should go! It’s a wonderful city and big enough to absorb all the traffic it gets. If you haven’t been to Lucca or don’t know much about it, then that’s probably where the confusion with this pricing comes from for you…! 😅 Brad

Ummmmm… Ok. After 160 property tours this one is the con…! 🤣🤣 Here’s what happens: things sell so fast in Lucca that when a nicely priced apt comes up and I am there and we can film it, we go film it. Some aren’t even on the market yet but I have great access to excellent agents and they are excited to have me film them. These aren’t crappy €20K apts in some no name town in Southern Italy. They are nice apts that are priced well considering they are in Lucca, one of the most popular towns in all of Italy especially for smart people looking for a good investment property. I do believe I say the price in the video. 🤷🏼‍♂️. I’m as real as it gets Denise. LAST thing I need to do is con somebody… 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
