It was a fantastic experience with all the distances and yet perfect communication in Vredenburg. Incredible alt/mezzo and Caroline Weynants as a soprano is always great! Hartelijk dank weer AVRO & TROS om dit zo mooi te kunnen herbeleven!

Visited 61 concerts/summerschools in 10 days. I don't know if you can call that a relaxed consumption.. But is was fantastic once more as every year. Have to recover the next 6 months from all the impressions. This was one of the very best performances, but actually I like the small venues with an enthusiastic student playing some familiar stuff even better. You have to visit the festival some day to experience the magic. unfortunately no Concerto Copenhagen but you can hear them in Denmark anyway ;-) .

Je comprends parfaitement que Correspondance ne fasse pas les versets en grégorien de la Prose des morts pour une question de temps, mais ça reste dommage. C'est parfois long, mais l'explosion de cette magnifique polyphonie n'en serait que plus merveilleuse.

Sorry, I just checked with all the Litanies by Charpentier that I know, and that's not what we have in this encore. It's definitely Litanies to the Virgin, but I couldn't identify the composer
