I love how initially all the other dogs have no expression in their eyes, and after the little dog gets the nervous harness their eyes look like hers. It seems like because she was so scared, the little dog didn't really see the others as potential friends and just saw them as a source of anxiety. After they knew to treat her more calmly, she was able to open up a bit. Really cute!

When you go to dog shows that’s how it starts, but as you see the same dogs over and over and make friends, you start to see the expression in their eyes. I have this French bulldog named splash, she’s black brindle and has a nice jaw and longer nose so she can breathe easy, and I never see her mouth open when she’s excited, I see her eyes focus on me and it’s cute, they’re like the mirror puppy eyes you see in cartoons and that’s why she’s the cutest dog I have at my house.

When i told my son he should go play with the neighbor kids in his new home (When me and my wife split, it was friendly, we let the the kids choose, they chose to go with her, because, in their words, she needs them more, which is true) he had the normal high functioning autism reaction of fear. I also have some aspects of anxiety, I wouldn't say I'm anxious 100% the time it completely depends on the situation I'm facing and I'm still learning to understand myself (I'm confortable talking in class and in front of lots of people but I'm uncomfortable talking to a group of people when I don't have something specific I need to tell them.. it's hard), but yeah, I've learned that people won't understand unless you communicate with them. Which was odd at first, because we socialized him plenty as a puppy! He just gets so nervous and hides behind us, doesn't let them near his butt. He's a people dog for sure, severe social anxiety. He loves my mom the most, she pretty much calls him her fluffy son which is why I tend to call myself his brother, he has severe separation anxiety when it comes to her and seeing the poor thing lay there and shake just breaks my heart. I’m in tears after watching this. As someone who has multiple disabilities and who was diagnosed late with autism this makes so much sense. If I was diagnosed younger I wouldn’t have been forced to attend school and function as a neurotypical, which caused a lot of trauma. And so many doctors don’t think labels are important, but for people like me especially, they are very important as they can dictate how friends, authority figures, and doctors interact with someone. This really hit home with me, thank you so much for making this
@birdlythebirdkid52082 жыл бұрын
Yooo late diagnosis squad! The idea that I might have autism didn't even come up until I hit college. How late was it for you? (I didn't initially talk a lot when I was a tot, but my parents weren't concerned enough to have me tested since I was also hiding behind my two older sisters and using them to communicate until I suddenly became a chatterbox) I think the counselor who helped me get the diagnosis said that the "spectrum" is seen differently now compared to decades ago. It was probably a case of me just barely squeezing in once the classification was open enough.
@floofyworld2 жыл бұрын
@@birdlythebirdkid5208 I was 11! Idk why no one picked it up earlier, I was having severe meltdowns since 3 or earlier, but no doctors would listen and kept telling my mum it was bad parenting which was a load of crap obviously. I think it was also delayed because especially back when I was a kid a lot of assigned male at birth folks would be much easier diagnosed than assigned female at birth folks like me (I’m transgender and have fully transitioned to male now) because autism presents differently in males vs females sex. I think there’s a lot more awareness now but unfortunately when I was a kid all this was still very misunderstood

The Barbarians card is unlocked from the Barbarian Bowl (Arena 3). It spawns five single-target, melee Barbarians with moderate hitpoints and damage. They wield short swords and have blonde hair and moustaches. They are the same as those spawned by the Barbarian Hut, Battle Ram, and the Barbarian Barrel. A Barbarians card costs 5 Elixir to deploy. Strategy The Barbarians are a great option to use against enemy troops such as tanks and medium size pushes as the Barbarians have a moderate amount of hitpoints and damage, and are perfect for attacks with other tanks. Although they are very effective against single target troops like the Prince, Barbarians are susceptible to spells and troops which do area damage due to their slow move-speed. Their slow attack speed also leaves them vulnerable to swarms such as the Skeleton Army. Despite being a swarm unit, Barbarians are fairly effective against an Electro Giant due to their high DPS and their moderately higher hitpoints compared to other swarm units, allowing them to survive the Electro Giant's reflected damage and defeat him for a +3 Elixir trade, but they will likely die in the process or have an insignificant amount of remaining health. Note that since the Barbarians will have little health remaining, any sort of damage dealt to them besides the Electro Giant's reflected damage will often nullify their defense, so the player should account for supporting troops or accompanying the Electro Giant as well. Due to the amount of counters to a Barbarian and most resulting in a positive Elixir trade for the opponent, it is ineffective to deploy a group of Barbarians without support in one lane, as they can be easily countered due to their slow speed and can leave the player vulnerable to a push in the other lane. However, if the opponent is extremely low on Elixir, or their best counters are out of rotation, they can be very effective at forcing the opponent to spend Elixir poorly, as they can quickly chop down cheap troops and will completelv destrov a Crown Tower by themselves. They are excellent for taking out low numbers of enemy troops such as the Prince or Musketeer on the player's side. The 5 Barbarians will quickly eliminate the unit if they are dropped directly on top of it, surrounding it. The Barbarians can be effectively countered by most ranged splash troops such as the Bomber and Wizard from a distance. However, you must be careful as the opponent can use a Tornado or Freeze to immobilize or destroy the splash attacker, allowing the Barbarians to devastate the Crown Tower. A powerful counter is the Fireball; the damage and radius of the spell is more than enough to one-shot the Barbarians. However, keep in mind that if the Fireball is underleveled, or if the Barbarians are overleveled, it will not one-shot them. Additionally, the Barbarians can also act as a bait for these counters, allowing you to use other cards that would be weak to Fireball, such as Zappies. Poison can also be an effective counter to use. Its damage over time will eliminate the Barbarians and any supporting troops. However, as with Fireball, it will not defeat Barbarians with a level higher than the Poison. A Rocket can also defeat them, however it is a negative Elixir trade. It is best to be used if the Barbarians are assisted with another card Rage used with Barbarians can do severe damage to a Crown Tower, as it is hard to stop because Rage increases movement and attack speed. The Barbarians together have high damage and can make short work of a tower before the opponent stops them. They are very effective at defeating enemy tanks due to their numbers (5 of them), high combined damage, and ability to tank most spells. Support troops will have trouble defeating them due to their combined hitpoints. If the combo happens to be any ground-based splash damage card + ground- based melee tank, wait for the troops to cross the river. As soon as they cross, immediately drop the Barbarians upon the splash card. They will surround and destroy it quickly before moving on to eliminate the now unsupported tank. This can result in a large positive elixir trade. However, if there is more than one splash unit, the Barbarians are likely to be taken out immediately. Note that this may be ineffective against a P.E.K.K.A. as she can one-shot Barbarians up to 2 levels higher. They are very effective against Hog Riders and Ram Riders. Not only do they deal a lot of damage to these troops, but their high mass and slight spread forces the Hog Rider and Ram Rider to go around them, extending their distance from the Princess Tower. Because of this, the Barbarians can easily defeat these units with no damage to the Princess Tower. The Barbarians, if placed early enough, can surround the Princess Tower, making it less vulnerable to attacks from a Goblin Barrel. They can handle it quite well with only minimal damage done. However, this is a 5 Elixir investment so consider using it if you lack better counters. Splitting the Barbarians in the back can discourage the opponent from attacking either Princess Tower, due to the Barbarians' defensive presence, and spells will not have as much value. However, they are slow moving and as such, the opponent might deal some unnecessary damage before the Barbarians arrive on their target. Due to beina 5 of them, thev can act as a Lightning rod for more fragile units like a Magic Archer or a Flying Machine. 2 of them will also survive for extra protection for the guarded fragile units. once again thank you for all the sweet comments and love for this lil cartoon! its literally so insane that it hit peoples reccommended page like holy shit. thank you for taking the time out of your day to watch this!! please check out my composer, her carrd is linked in the description. she’s AMAZING and this cartoon would be nothing without her!! 💖💖💖 + a lil background on this cartoon- this film is partially inspired by my own social anxiety- kindof me accepting that i have it, that its okay to feel this way + ask for help, that people are usually more understanding and nice than you make them out to be in your head 🧡🧡🧡 ( AND the main dog’s design is inspired by my late dog, though she was the least anxious dog ive ever met in my life lol )

I love the messege you put here! The way you described it with your dog and daycare, not to mention the unique styles for every dog expressing their personalities, along with the unique colour and that sketch-like essense in it that reminds me of Roald Dhal's art! And that music, damn that music is just *PERFECT* in every scene! Changing atmosphere giving the audience a pin-point directory on how the situation feels for the main character. You and your composer truly are talented at such a great extent! I don't think I can say this enough but, this masterpiece is absolutely majestic in every way, from the catchyness of the music, how you attract the audience in the most successful to get the point you convey, the story, the artstyle, the atmosphere, the background, the details (yes, I saw those two wine holding gentlemen), *E V E R Y T H I N G!!!* At this much detail, we are glad we used a few mins of our day to see this greatness! You truly deserve the attention you have right now and I, along with everyone here, are glad to be in your definetely successful journey! I wish you the best of luck, char!

This is me when it comes to socializing, many ppl dont know how bad having social anxiety is until they experience it, i just want people to stop judging me and telling me to just talk to people because even if i try ill have another panic attack, this described it in a cute and wholesome way so ty for this amazing animation :]

I really enjoy the fact that upon seeing the nervous vest not only did the larger dog settle down, he also went to a lower laying position to make himself seem smaller and more approachable-- rather than towering over the nervous pup he instead made it far more comfortable for them

As someone with severe social anxiety, this short film really resonates with me. To me, the meaning was that instead of hiding your anxiety, you should share it with others. Don’t be afraid to label yourself with an anxiety disorder for fear of the stigma around it. Instead, own it and the people that understand will be attracted to your honesty. In my case, my anxiety makes me seem like I’m being rude in public (I have a service dog that I have to tell people they can’t pet), but deep down I hope they know I’m doing my best. ❤

Same I have a lot of anxiety I try to hide and I know I shouldn’t but sometimes it’s hard but over the years I’ve learned that sometimes it okay to share things

nah, just hide it! if you're in my area, you'd be labeled as the devil's child or the worst sin to ever exist if you have social anxiety, and here i am now labeled as a crazy lucifer grandson

@@minseo19that’s epic as shit my dude :0 i live in a right-heavy area where people don’t believe autism is a thing; they think mental health is a “load of crap” but never something as cool as demon status >:D

that’s how I feel having autism; my overstimulation looks pretty much like the dog did being surrounded by other dogs :
