This is so true too. I take my dogs to the park and sometimes there's a real mean dog but as soon as you take them off the leash they calm down drastically and a lot friendlier :3

Reminds me of how I met my freind. He was like that black dog he was so sad so I decided to talk to him and he was depressed and that he said that he would commit suicide and I was like seriously there more to live for and he said "you think so?" Noooooooooooo Toonboom is industry standard for 2D animation now a days. The current version calls itself ToonBoom Harmony and is pretty epensive. You can try to grab an older version of it on ebay or amazon for cheaper, but you'll still have to pay for the license.
